1I am not able to book for tomorrow
Our bookings have a cut off time of 1:30 pm for next day. Post 1:30 pm, the system will allow patrons to make a booking for day after next. Feel free to contact us to make a booking for the same day. On weekends we do not take a booking for the same day and welcome walk in customers.
2Can we order and pay individually?
Everyone is welcome to order and pay individually or as a group at the counter.
3Can we bring in our own cake?
We love a celebration so cake is definitely welcome. A small cakeage fee of $2 pp will be applicable to supply you with side plates and napkins.
4 Need to modify or cancel a booking
If you have made a booking but need to edit the number of guests, time you are coming, or to cancel altogether, you can do this through the booking confirmation you received. Didn't receive a booking confirmation? Give your junk mail a quick check as they can be a bit cheeky and end up there or the email entered may have been incorrect, in which case just give us a call we can help you.
5Running late but don’t want to lose the table
We will hold your table for 10 minutes after your booking time, if you think you will be any later please give us a call
6Do you have an outdoor area?
We have a covered patio area which is equipped with heaters and weather screens to protect our patrons from inclement weather.
7Can we stay longer than the allocated time?
During busy times this is often not possible but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your group. We suggest planning ahead and give us a call to discuss the option of extending, this may sometimes mean committing to an extra round of drinks
8How do we reserve for a large group?
Butlers Kitchen is best enjoyed with all friends and family, so we love big groups. Groups up to 12 guests are welcome to make an online booking. All bookings over 12 need to be forwarded to the Butlers team as an email at info@butlerskitchen.com.au
9Are you kids friendly
Children are very welcome in all of our dine in areas. We have highchairs available as well a kid’s menu, which can be previewed on our website. All bookings with prams will be allocated in our patio area given constraint of space.
Please advise at the time of booking if there is a requirement for high chair.
10Are you pet friendly
Our outdoor area is pet friendly! Don’t forget to take a photo of them when they visit and tag us @butlerskitchen3805
11What are your payment options?
We accept all cash, debit cards as well as major credit cards. Please note all card payments do have a surcharge. Regretfully we do not accept AMEX or Diners
